Phil Buchanan was born and raised in Nottingham, England. He moved to Orlando in 1999, and used his degrees in Art and Design and Commercial Art to become a painter for several theme parks. Hungry for more experience in the face and body painting industry, Phil then started working at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights and Grinchmas. In 2004 Phil brought his experience and talent to Wolfe where he face and body paints, and is a crucial part of our package design.
